Arrival & Discipline |
Students who come to school in their own transport should arrive at the school 15 minutes before the warning bell. The warning bell before class is a signal for all to go to the classroom. After the assembly, they should go to their classrooms, get their books ready in silence, and prepare for the beginning of class. Change of classroom between periods should be done in discipline and order. When teachers enter the classroom, students are to stand and wish them in the customary way and give them proper respect. |
Communication & Visitors |
Students are not allowed to see visitors, make or attend phone calls. Only if the matter is very urgent, a message can be passed on and the student shall be informed about it by the in-charge. |
Leaving School Premises |
In case of urgency, if the child has to go out of the school during school hours, a gate pass has to be issued by the in-charge after seeking permission from the Principal/Academic Officer. No student is allowed to leave the school premises during school hours or recess without permission from the Principal. No partial leave is allowed. |
Personal Belongings |
Students are expected to take good care of their books and personal belongings. Valuable articles are not to be brought to school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of stolen goods, bicycles, or motorcycles. Cycles are to be doubly locked. |
School Property |
Care must be taken of school property. Students are forbidden to scratch or write on furniture, walls, or windows or spoil them in any destructive way. In case of damage to school property, the student will have to replace the same. |
Health & Safety |
No student should be sent to school if suffering from a contagious or infectious disease or COVID-19. |
Books & Materials |
Students should only bring their textbooks and copies to school. Other books or magazines, if thought to be useful, may be brought only with the approval of the class teacher or principal. Magazines, toys, audio and video cassettes if brought to school will be confiscated and destroyed. |
Uniform & Appearance |
No hair accessories, ornaments, tie pins, or nail polishes are allowed. The code of school uniform must be maintained strictly. |
Gifts & Presents |
Students are not allowed to offer presents to teachers. |
School Diary |
Every student must bring the school diary daily and have it signed by the parents or guardian every day. |
Neatness & Cleanliness |
No student will be entitled to enter the class and also remain in the school premises unless he/she is clean and neatly dressed in the school uniform. |
Fee Policy |
The school fee may be revised from time to time. |
Laboratory Rules |
- No students will be allowed entry into the laboratory without an apron.
- Any damage or theft will be subject to a fine.
- Caution must be maintained while handling the apparatus and gas connection in the laboratory.
- Silence and ease must be maintained in the laboratory.

Library Rules |
- All students of Std VI to XII may borrow books from the library. Library card costs Rs. 20 and a photograph is attested by the librarian.
- Strict silence shall be maintained in the library.
- Students who keep books longer than the time permitted will be fined Re. 1/- per day.
- Books in the reference section may not be taken out of the library.
- Students should never write in the library books or tear anything out of them.
- Each pupil is entitled to borrow one book at a time, while each teacher is entitled to take out only two books at a time and keep the same for 7 days.
- Books should be covered and used.
- All books taken from the library should be returned two weeks before terminal and year-end examinations.
- Damage to any part of a library book shall be made good by replacing the book or triple the cost of the book.

Examination Rules |
- 75% attendance is compulsory for all students to appear in the final examination.
- No leave of absence is granted except on an application from parents or guardians for a genuine reason.
- Repeated absence without leave for more than one month renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.
- A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious disease should produce a doctor's certificate permitting attendance.
